IE History and URL

After clearing Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and
History, addresses still remain in the URL drop down
list. How can I force IE to "really" delete Cookeis,
Temporary Internet Files and History?

Go to Tools/Option/Setting/View Files/. Select all the
files and Hit delete.
Also Click on "Clear History"

This did delete the files, but when I type an address in
the address bar is begins to autocomplete. I don't want
it to autocomplete with old URLs. I could turn
AutoComplete off, but that doesn't solve the problem as
those URLs are still there somewhere. How can I
delete/clear the AutoComplete History?

Ancillary to that problem:

Ever log into a website, but wish your login didn't
automatically autocomplete? Using IE 6, how do
you "cherry-pick" which logins you want to keep, and which
you want to "go away"?

Removes the URL's from the Address Bar drop-down list without deleting the
Internet Explorer History.
