I've been porno-surfing again, and this time IE search-utility was
highjacked by some pornosite and replaced by a porno-search program.
I search for other things too, so this is very unconvenient, to say the
least.
Anybody know what files to look for?
Tried to reinstall IE from CD, but with the interface you get to the CD, you
never know whether you are adding or removing stuff, and I could not make it
work properly, same shit.

Naughty. Anyway, try Ad Aware to remove scrump from your computer:

Well, if the world was that easy.....
AdAware does not find anything.
I think the porno-industry is where the clever hackers get paid to do dirty
stuff, and they are getting gooood!

IE-SPYAD is a Registry file (IE-ADS.REG) that adds a long list of sites and domains associated
with known advertisers, marketers, and crapware pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet Explorer.
Once this list of sites and domains is "merged" into your Registry, most marketers, advertisers, and
crapware pushers on the Net will not be able to use cookies, ActiveX controls, Java applets, or scripting
to compromise your privacy or your PC while you surf the Net. Nor will they be able to use your browser
to push unwanted pop-ups, cookies, or auto-installing programs on you.

You noticed. The best thing to do is avoid them and their stuff.

I can't answer more. If I thought there were trojans or spyware etc. that
the regular programs couldn't get rid of I'd re-install from scratch - but
that's me. But that would only be worth the effort if you resolved not to
get infected again. What you might consider in the future is to surf with
higher IE Internet zone security settings e.g. scripting off or set to
'prompt'. It can be a bit of a pain but you avoid a lot of junk that way.
Besides, you could always set your Trusted zone to medium and then add the
sites you trusted to that zone on a per site basis.

Well, I decided to check the registry for anything associated with IE
searching. It took some minutes with regedit, and I removed 4 entries
pointing to a site called www.worldmpeg.com/search.htm.
That did the trick!
You're probably right about disallowing scripts from internet, I'll try
that!
