Hi there,
I hope someone can help me!

We have two accounts on our XP Professional PC. One an admin, one
limited.
Problem is that the limited account (belonging to my partner and
called "Nathan") will not allow certain forms to be procesed using
Internet Explorer.
It won't let us use Google, Altavista, Yahoo, MSn search etc. It's
very annoying. It won't even let us use the Google Toolbar.
When the search term is entered and enter is pressed, nothing happnes.
The submit/go/search button lights up and depresses, but nothing
actually happens.

This doesn't happen with _all_forms, oh no. For example the ssearch
form on www.playgroundlaw.com works just fine - it only really seems
to be the search engines.

The main account (mine) is completely unaffected.

I have tried everything I can think of - inlcuding random things like
changing the name of the account, changing the type of account,
changing the picture :-)
I just wanted to see if it would make a difference.
In the end I got so frustrated that I deleted his account and created
a new one. Guess what - that has the same problem! Thisis now a
brand new account, with no usage at all, and it still won'twork!

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

Tony Lord

Thanks for that message- I am pretty good with spybot etc and my
anti-virus def'ns, so there's nothing there.
Also wouldn't that screw up both user accounts.
I tried to use hijackthis, but their site seems to be down.
www.merijn.org too...
