IE Favourites

I've just upgraded from W98se to XP and am having a few problems transfering
settings etc. At present I cannot figure how to get my favourites back into
IE. When I had 98se on here I backed up my favourite by copying them all to
a folder on a second hard drive and I used to restore them by just copying
them back into the IE Favourite folder, but, the files system on XP seems
very different and I cannot find the folder to copy them back to. I tried
using the IE Import Favourites, but, it seems to be looking for a file
"bookmark.htm", presumably a single file with all the bookmarks in it.What I
backed up were folders with the URLs in them which as I said I used to be
able to drag in mass back to the original favourites folder. Can anyone
point me to where the IE Favourites folder in XP is or tell me a way around
this predicament?

Rob,

Move the Favorites from C:\Windows\Favorites (Windows 95/98 stores the
favorites here) to this path:

%userprofile%\favorites

That did it, thanks. It was under C:\Documents and Settings\rob\Favorites.
Although superficialy the same XP organises things quite differently to 98
