IE Explorer sizing

Can anyone tell me how I can get IExplorer to open at a
predetermined size [and I dont mean full screen].

Please
 
Use your mouse to stretch the IE screen to whatever size you want and then
click File and then Close. It will reopen to that stretched size.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window is the size you want.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
