IE Explorer 6.0

My browser has been acting really slow. When I scroll
down, instead of it being smooth, it's really "choppy."
I've tried reinstalling the explorer but it still behaves
that way. When I use Navigator it's fine but Explorer is
giving me problems. Any suggestions and is it possible to
completely uninstall Microsoft Explorer and then reinstall it?

Rule out parasite if you did not install any new software/hardware.

Tried that. Removed all spyware and stuff but still the

Try,
IE>tools>internet options>advanced tab>scroll down to allow smooth
scrolling, and enable it.

Did you use the Hijack This! package too?

Another common cause of your symptom is malware inserting
an incorrect Style Sheet override in the Accessibility dialog.
However, I would have expected those scans to detect that.
(As I understand it the tools scan mostly and correct only
with the user's direction.)
