IE Error Report

"I am fedup with receiving the Microsoft IE has encountered a problem etc.etc."
Whenever I'm doing something it interrupts and I loose what I'm doing.
the following is the report:
ApprVer 60.2800.1106 ModName mshtml.dll ModVer 60.2800.1126 Offset:
000152fb

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this annoying popup I would be very
grateful.
