I have Windows ME and am using Internet Explorer 6. I am
having problems when I get on the internet, error comes
saying the following; "Explorer has caused an error in
USER.EXE. Explorer will now close. If you continue to
experience problems, try restarting your computer" -
Restarting the computer does not correct this problem. If
I do not get this error and I go to too many screens or
stay online for any length of time my system freezes up--I
get one or the other everytime I boot up (error or
freezing). I am getting real sick of this and need some
help please!!!
