IE Crashes when Viewing MSN Videos (Please Help)

While running MSN news videos my internet explorer
crashes. I thought the file involved was URLMON.dll
It was suggested to run regsvr32 Urlmon.dll but it still
crashes. I even tried to reinstall IE explorer but I have
had no luck. I need any help that you can give. (Thank
you Kelly) Any suggestions?
I have checked all of my settings (compared them to a
machine that is not having this problem) and have found
them to be fine. I have no viruses and have no spyware.
This is the only problem that I have encountered, and
everything else works fine.

Try updating your video drivers.

My video drivers are at the latest updates and I still
have the problem.

Did you get the driver updates from the manufacturer of the video card or
from Windows Update?

Hardware drivers from Windows Update are unreliable.
