IE changing homepage

After I go on IE the next time I go on it keeps trying to
connect to 127.0.0.1 Why is it changing my homepage and is
there anyway to lock it so it won't change anymore?

This is caused by parasites. First priority: Download
CWShredder and run it.

[Removes all CoolWebSearch hijacker variants]

Then, download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan
the system. Update Ad-Aware pattern files using WebUpdate
feature.
