IE can't view certain web page

One of our client station cannot view the page "Submit
Status Report". The user cannot edit the window Major
Accomplishment, Objectives, Hot Issues. What he sees is
just a red X on each windows box.

The path for that link is:

http://servername/projectserver/StatusReports/EnterStatusR
eport.asp?_SRID=101

The system is running, Windows XP SP1 with IE SP1 + all
the windows updates updated.

What is the requirement for a client to access PWA ?
This question was posted on Project group since last
week, no one has responded yet.

BTW, this same user can logon with different machine
without any problem at all.
