IE Canon printer tool bar-I want it gone

I installed software for a new Canon iP4200 printer and it put a Canon tool
bar on my IE 6 browser page. I can't figure out how to get rid of it. Can
anyone help?

In IE go to View...Toolbars....uncheck?

Check in View>Toolbars and see if it is listed there and has a check by it.
If so, then just uncheck it.

If not, then you might try the following and see if it helps in removing it:
