IE cannot open links

Hi,

My IE cannot open links in a new window.
It's a very strange bug:
When viewing a page with links that are opened in a new page, not in the
same page,
the newly opened IE window seems to be stuck. The task manager doesn't
report it
as "not responding" but it doesn't display the new link.

I have had this same problem several times. There is only
on way download this repair
http://download.microsoft.
com/download/msninvestor/patch/1.0/win98/en-us/mcrepair.exe

and hope It would help you...I have used it on win98, then
it workwed, but on winNT nothing seems to help
