IE Blocked PopUps Reappear

I'm running XPHome SP1. Whenever I scan with AdAwareSE, I enter the
cookies it finds in the Block cookies features of Internet Explorer.

Tools\Internet Options\Privacy tab\Edit

Most of the cookies don't return, but some of the cookies return and
show up again in AdAware. For instance, these like to return:

2o7.net
adserver.com
counted.com
doubleclick.net
falkag.net
fastclick.com
liveperson.net
paypopup.com
qksrv.net
serving-sys.com
statcounter.com
valueclick.com

Can anyone explain why?

Hi Bruce,

Goto www.webroot.com and download the trial edition of Spy Sweeper. Update
it and run it.

Ad-Aware will CLEAN up for you but it doesn't do anything for prevention.
For that you need something like Spyware Blaster (Free!). I've been running
it for months. No problems.

You can also go into Internet Explorer, Tools...Options....Privacy Tab and
block the domains you listed, adserver.net, 207.net, etc.

I understand that the free version of AdAware is not for prevention, but
rather for identification and removal.

For that you need something like Spyware Blaster (Free!).

That's exactly what I've done, blocked those domains, but they keep
coming back. That was the point of my post.
