IE and ebay toolbar

Hello, I have tried several times to use eBay's toolbar for IE but most of
the links and reminders won't work. I get a page cannot be displayed error
message. Does this have anything to do with security settings? Is it due to
cookie handling problems (see my other post)? Thanks for any help that
anyone can provide, Mike
 
The ebay toolbar will also interput games when playing
the games. That's why i deleted the ebay toolbar.
 
Thanks, but I'm not much of a gamer and still would like to use it. I did
accidentally download the Australian version that worked fine but it turned
up too many Australian auctions; doesn't do me a whole lot of good.
