IE always start when i boot my computer

Hi

When I start my computer, IE always start and go to a web site to increase a
counter.

I check in registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

But i find nothing.

How can i delete this problem
