I have the Administrator password, how do I go about this?

I don't know what you mean by "full control of IE," but if you've got an SBS
box, a lot of things are managed by group policy and you can't modify them
on the clients, whether you've got
It would be better to modify whatever you want to, in the group policy
setting itself. However, I'm not sure what in IE your users do *not* have
control over, that you want them to - so it's hard to say whether that will
do the trick. For help with group policy, try posting in
microsoft.public.group_policy - perhaps you should also crosspost that
message to microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs

If using group policy you'll have to go into the GP editor and kill off
anything that is related to IE. Allow up to a day for all machines to receive
it [or force the policy change]. Users may have to manually change the
settings that were previous controlled by GP.

Note by letting the users have full control, chances of malware and other
crap increasing quite a bit.
