IE 7 "run once" window

I installed IE 8, but did not like it and returned to IE 7. The only problem
is the "run once" window runs everytime I open IE now. An internet search
said to edit it with GPedit.msc, however, I do not have this file after dling
a search and also typing it in "run" commmand. Please advise how to stop
this "run once" introduction window from opening everytime. Thank you
 
Open regedit and change the following keys to

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"RunOnceHasShown"=dword:00000001
"RunOnceComplete"=dword:00000001

Note: Backup your registry before editing it, to be in the safe side and be
able to Restore if any thing gone wrong.
