IE 7 question

I installed IE 7 without incedent and like the look and feel of this version.
However, I have noticed that when I want to save a picture from a site, I
don't get the mouse over options I used to get with IE 6. For example, in
v6, if I placed my mouse over a picture, I would get a toolbar in the upper
left corner of the picture with options to save, print, etc. I don't see
that in v7 or even the option to set that as a preference. Any clues would
be appreciated.

the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general
