IE 7 launches Privacy Tools trojan

I cleaned system with MalwareBytes and SpyHunter until it came up fully
clean. When I launched IE7 to check for system updates, SpyDoctor caught
trojan ...9.tmp. I saw a RUNDLL start and the desktop "Privacy Tools" icon
re-appeared. I reran MalwareBytes and it found:
-RogueControlCenter
-TrojanFakeAlert
-HiJack.Shell
-Trojun.Vundo
-Rogue.P-Clean

This was immediately after clean screens

It seems that the trojan is lurking in IE7 ( this system uses firefox for
web browser).

How can I cleanse this system.
