IE 7 Favories Icons keep disapeering

I continue to have problems with my favorites Icons in IE7. I have tried
Tweak UI, it worked once, now it does'nt anymore. I have incrested my Icon
cache. I'm lost as to what is going on. Can anyone help with this.
