can anyone tell me what the problem is when i click on in
ie and shortly after i open it and try to surf in it, i
get the error message that "we're sorry, but internet
explorer must now close", then it has a box checked to
restart , send error report, dont send,,and when i restart
it, the same thing reoccurs,,,any answers anyone???

This is probably caused by spyware/parasite programs.

Download and run Run CWShredder from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
CWShredder is only about 125 KB so it could be downloaded from another
machine onto a floppy disk if necessary.

Then download, install, *update* and run both of these programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items listed in red-others are
optional.)
Both programs should be updated after installation- before use.
