IE 6 web page surfing indicator or activity indicator

The surfing indicator or the activity indicator as I call it located just
below the close button in the upper right hand corner of the web page has the
dreaded spinning COMCAST symbol.... How do I change it back to the WINDOWS
FLAG symbol?
