IE 6 in Kiosk Mode

Does anyone know how to lock IE6 in kiosk mode? I'm developing a touch
screen app and need some help for the browser.

I've hit F11, right-clicked and selected Auto-hide but I need to prevent the
user from gaining access to Standard Buttons as well as keep the progress
bar from showing.

Any ideas?
