IE 6 cannot access web pages after Win2K upgrade to SP4

I upgraded a Win2K proff PC from service pak2 to service
pak 4 (thru Windows update site). Now IE is broken; I
cannot access any but the simplest web pages. For
example, google loads but Windows Update page, or CNN
will not. If I uninstall service pak 4 then normal
operation is restored. Any ideas? Thanks!

Seems Microsoft in a "Rush to Distribute" has Goofed again.
Having same problem. Upgrade Win 2K Pro to SP4 and can not connect to
Webpages. Uninstall and return to previous version...All is ok.

Come On MS get it togather!!!!!!
