IE 6.0 Shortcut

When I type a address and use the shortcut "CTRL + ENTER"
it does not add www. in the begining & .com at the end,
why? how do I fix it?
 
In the Internet Options (from IE Tools\Internet Options menu) go to the
Content tab and click the Autocomplete tab, check the Autocomplete Web
Addresses checkbox.
