I am having problems with IE 6.0 crashing the computer.
Ctrl+alt+delete does not work and I have to perform a hard
reset. Any ideas on how to resolve this problem?

Have a look at these.

Computer Stops Responding After You Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE
When you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Close Program dialog box in
Windows, your computer may (hang).

Problem: When I try to use the Crtl + Alt + Del shortcut to close programs,
it won't work. The screen doesn't even appear. I've tried all the keys
separately, and they work.
Solution: Go to: Start/Run/Msconfig/
Look into System.ini for this entry.

LocalReboot=Off and change it to LocalReboot=On
