More than likely, you have a/some type(s) of malicious program(s) or file(s)
producing this error. If you dont have an anti-virus program installed, you
can get a free one here -> http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/ . I've
used this AV for several months and prefer it over the likes of Norton and
McAfee.

If no virus is found and you are running Windows XP, you can use System
Restore to 'roll-back' Windows to a date when this error wasn't occurring.

Reminder: Not everything on the Internet is there for your amusement,
sometimes it's there for someone else's. Be cautious of what you download,
even movie files can have embedded code within them. If you are attempting
to view a media file which requests for an update to licensing or copyright
(DRM), decline the request, delete your Temporary Internet Files / Cookies,
and restart Internet Explorer.
