I have installed a DSL line using a ZOOM 5510 ADSL USB modem. My ISP and
Qwest assure me that everything is set up OK. I can ping the modem and get a
reply x 4.
However when I attempt to open MSIE I get the error message that "the page
cannot be found."
Also Outlook Express tells me that it cannot find my connection to the
internet.
I have checked never dial a connection in MSIE.
What do I try next?
