I never heard of Deepsight Extractor before, so I did a little
research. It is from Symantec and appears to be an effort to collect
and collate information from firewalls across the internet. A mighty
big chew I must say.

Anyway, the Install Wizard wants you to identify which firewall you
have, and it offers a drop-down list, which includes BlackIce, Norton,
and ZoneAlarm, among others, but conspicuous by its absence is XP
Personal Firewall!!!! Does XP firewall create no logs suitable for
the likes of Symantec, or what? Very odd that.

thanks, i am at a loss...i get daiily updates that have zero data because i
haven't setup this thing for XP...thanks for reply
cheers
