Idle timer for term services

Hi,

I'm trying to setup term services so that the idle timer is
specific to each machine, not to each user. I don't care if they go
idle on their desktop for 5 hours but if they're camped out on a
server I want them booted if they're not working.

I know where to change this setting on a user by user basis but not on
a machine by machine basis. Any ideas?
