Is there a tool from Microsoft that will help identify which services on
your PC are from Microsoft?

This is not an MS tool but a good guide to services.

No.There is no tool but you may go through the service guide.
Click the following link to have the guide lists the default service
configurations for Windows XP Service Pack 1 and Win. XP Service Pack 2.
