Identifying logged on users

Is ther a way to view users or user groups who are
currently logged into an Access 2000 database?

Yes, you can do that by implementing User Level Security. You need to read
the Security FAQ -- several times -- and follow it to the letter. There is a
link to it on the Security page of my website.
