Jerry (the latin men)

I would like excel to tell me if some of the text in one cell match with a
part of the text on other cell. example.
A1= THOMPSON, COR
A2= COR THOMPSON
A3= JERRY JAR
A4= GAR JAR JERRY
A5= WAT, JAMES
A6= MARQUIT JUAN

I need a formula that tell me that A1 and A2 is the same person and A3 and
A4 is the same person, but that A5 and A6 is NOT the same person.

Thanks in advance!!

you can't
Unless there's always a comma when the format is last,first
for example- Gar Jar Jerry is a pure judgment call as to which one of those
names is the first, last, or middle
