Identifiable ID on AppointmentItem, ContactItem, etc.

Hello All,

Is there any type of record ID on the
AppointmentItem, ContactItem, etc. objects allowing a
program to reference them directly? I've been able to
isolate each of the individual folder collections and loop
through the items, but I'm looking for something a little
more exact. Ideally, I'm looking for something similar to
a record ID on a record in an Access or SQL Server
Database. Any help or insight would be very much
appreciated.

Sounds to me the property you're looking for is the
EntryID property.
