Ideas about Access database with data collected across time?

I am setting up a database in Access that will contain data collected
longitudinally (i.e., the same information will be gathered at different time
points). Any ideas about the best way to do this (e.g., one table with a
variable for time or different tables)?
 
What do you mean longitudinally ?
Give an example of your data - a couple of records.
 
I am giving a battery of several tests at different time points (e.g.,
baseline, year 1, year 2, etc.). Each battery will have 100+ items of data at
most time points.
