what's the difference between SqlCeConnection & SqlConnection ??

Both seems to be available on the pocket, I'm puzzled ...
 
SqlConnection is a connection to remote SQL Server (2000), which runs on the
desktop/server machine. SqlCeConnection is a connection to SQL CE which runs
on the device
 
mmhh...
looking in the parameter of the SqlConnectionCe.ConnectionString, I see you
pass a file.
does it mean .NET provide you a free Sql server for CE ? :)
