I'd like to see a small Outlook Calendar show up on my desktop.

I'd like to have the Outlook calendar show up on my desktop so that it is
readily available for viewing. Perhaps there could be different sizes to
choose from - small, med, or large - positioned in the top right hand corner
or wherever you want.

Try Desklook as well as Digidashlive. Or even Desktop Sidebar. There are a
number of utilities that will display your Outlook calendar on the desktop.
Use http://www.google.com to find them.
