ID field shows instead of text

If I try to run a pivot table form or a report on a query I have it always
shows the bound column ID Field instead of the text field I would like it to
show. For example, I made a report called (Call Log Report). The field
(Call Log Reason) is related to a table called (Call Log Reason). Field one,
which is the PK, is an autonumber (ID). Field 2 is a text field (Reason). I
can not get either a report or a Pivot table Form Filter to show the field
(Reason) instead of (ID).
Can someone please advise?

Did you include the Call Log Reason table in your report? Did you include
the Reason field?
