MY INTERNET EXPLORER WILL NOT SAVE USER ID'S AND PASSWORDS

MY COMPUTER VENDER CANNOT FIX IT??

I presume they couldn't fix your Caps Lock either :-)

Have you tried Tools, Internet options, Content and then under 'Personal
Information', click on 'Autocomplete', then tick the relevant boxes.
