ID 577 in Security Log

I just setup a windows XP pro pc, but the security log can shoot up to 1880 entries within 2 days. According to KB 831905, there is a hotfixes for this issue, but i can't find it

Please hel

You can call Microsoft support to get the hot fix requested and you will not
be charged.
