Does someone knows if I can use this librairy (ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.Zip) for free ?

It is used to zip files (as you can probably guess).

The license on SharpZipLib explicitly states that you can link it to
your closed source commercial applications without taking on it's
license. So, the answer is yes - you are free to use it. You don't
have to pay anybody.
