ICS on Win2000

Hey

Last time I ran ICS on a comp
ppl from outside the house that installed WinXP got a IP from my Gateway ,
wich made other ppl then me use my bandwith , I would like to disable DHCP
on my Win2k ICS but i dont know how ,

When you enable ICS on a computer, that computer is
assigned an IP address of 192.168.0.1. If you change
that IP address, that should disable the DHCP that comes
with ICS.
