ICS Error 1061: Cannot accept control messages at this time.

I am trying to enable internet connection sharing so I can use xbox live.
When I try to tick the box, it comes up with the error message: ICS Error
1061: Cannot accept control messages at this time.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Are there any relevant error messages in Event Viewer? To run it, click
Start | Control Panel | Performance and Maintenance | Administrative Tools |
Event Viewer.
