ICS Connectivity

I recently configured a Win2K Pro computer as a gateway using Internet Connection Sharing. I'm having trouble with my VPN connections to client networks. After configuring the gateway to allow IPSEC activity (port 500), the Cisco VPN client connects but I still cannot access (even ping) any of the computers in the remote network. General Internet connectivity is working fine

Any ideas on what else needs to be configured

Jim this relates to my problem with ICS. Until I disabled my home test system Sygate Firewall, ICS failed. Tried every configuration, allowing subnets, etc but nothing helped. "Allow All" in Sygate gets me to Yahoo, google, now. But after a few updates to Win2< Advanced server, cannot access many other internet sites including windows update.
