icons near the watch dissapired

After optimalisation with MS BootVis almost all icons, normally
appearing near the watch are gone!

I'm using Windows XP Home, updated and cleared, polish edition.

Is any simple way to correct this??

I think that this is effect of incorrect ordering of starting
procedure.

Please help.

Try disabling the SSDP Discovery Service and the Universal Plug and Play
Device Host service.
