Icons for my bookmarks disappeared

We recently got a new machine running XP Media Edition. I
set up a profile for my young daughter and bookmarked
some sites for her. Most of them had a cute icon when I
did this so that she could tell which was which
(barbie.com, nickjr.com, pbskids, etc). I just noticed
that those icons are now back to the regular IE icon,
even when I create a new bookmark. The only that that is
still there is the playhousedisney one that I replaced
myself because it didn't have one.
I have had some problems displaying some images when I
went to an HP photo album that my father in law set up as
well, but it's not like no images appear for me, plenty
do. Does anyone know what happened to my icons? Is there
a setting I'm missing?
