Icon problem

We use WinXp pro
This is different problem with icons
On the Desktop we have .psd (PhotoShop) images and the icons (sometimes) are
perfect and sometimes they are totally different, like now we have one .psd
icon is Scanner icon, the other one is Hard drive icon the other one is
Widow Logo, what is going on???
Can someone help us.

You might try using the restore icons feature supplied with tweakui.
