Icon on system tray

After installing and configuring MS Antispy, Icon will
not appear on the system tray. It is running in the
backround but the icon will not appear.

Try an update install: Control Panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, update.

Tried the update install. Icon appeared after the install
but disappeared after a reboot. Program options are set
not to hide the icon on the sys. tray.

I don't have a sure-fire fix, and I do have machines I see this issue on, so
you aren't alone.

I've decided not to worry about it myself, and wait for another build.

I have the same problem only my system has 3 users when I
am logged off the icon goes away when I log back on. I
have to do the control panel thing to get it to show up
again. It's running but I would like the icon to show
anyway.

This is definitely an annoyance--it is nice to have a good clear indication
that the protection is in place. I wish I had a better solution.
