Icon not visible in Explorer?

Hi,

i've build an icon (32x32 with 256 colors and transparency) and it is
shown in the "start - programs" view.

But in the file-explorer on the pocketpc i cannot see the icon - should
be there a small version or at least the top-left corner of the big
icon?

Any ideas?

I think your icon should also include a 16x16 version.

well... i only have a "Bmp2Ico"-Converter... how to add a 16x16 Resource?
